1. Production Lead Time
- Blank stock RFID cards: 1–3 working days dispatch after payment confirmation.
- Custom printed, engraved or programmed hotel & ID cards: 7–10 working days production cycle.
2. Available Shipping Methods
We support global delivery by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT air express, sea freight and air freight. You can choose the shipping method according to your project schedule and budget.
3. Shipping Cost Standard
Freight charge depends on total weight, package size and destination country. We will provide accurate freight quotation after confirming your order quantity.
4. Parcel Inspection & Damage Claim
Please check the outer package carefully before signing receipt. If the package is severely deformed, broken or soaked, take clear photos and videos on the spot, then contact us within 3 working days. We will assist you to file compensation with the courier company.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect receiving address, unreachable recipient or long-term unclaimed parcels.
5. Delivery Time Reference
- Air express: 3–7 working days to most countries;
- Air freight bulk order: 7–15 working days;
- Sea freight: 20–40 working days depending on port destination.
