A: Yes. We customize employee photo ID cards, access badges for offices, campuses, hospitals, factories and residential buildings, as well as ABS RFID key fobs.
Q3: Do you provide free OEM & ODM design service?
A: Yes, our design team can create artwork for free based on your brand logo, color scheme and layout requirements.
Q4: What RFID chip models can you supply?
A: MIFARE Classic, DESFire EV3, NTAG213, EM4200, T5577, UHF and all NFC chips for hotel locks, access control and membership cards.
Q5: How long is bulk order production lead time?
A: Blank stock cards take 1–3 working days to dispatch; fully custom printed cards take 7–10 working days for production.
Q6: Is custom sample fee refundable?
A: Yes, all sample costs will be fully deducted once you place formal mass production orders with us.
Q7: What should I do if I receive defective cards?
A: Take clear photos and videos within 3 working days after receiving goods, send materials to us via email or WhatsApp. We provide free remakes or partial refunds for defects caused by our production errors.
